The Sexual Satisfaction Scale for Women (SSS-W)

Meston, C., & Trapnell, P.

The SSS-W (Meston & Trapnell, 2005) was developed based on the responses of over 800 women. It is a brief, 30-item measure of sexual satisfaction and sexual distress, comprised of five domains confirmed by factor analyses: contentment, communication, compatibility, concern: relational, personal. It exhibits sound psychometric properties and has a demonstrated ability to discriminate between clinical and nonclinical samples.
