Group treatment involves therapy sessions given to multiple individuals at once, as opposed to having a one-on-one session with a therapist. Group treatment is effective for reducing many types of anxiety symptoms, and is often more affordable than individual therapy.
Austin Anxiety Treatment Group – Fall 2022
Are you struggling with excessive worry, anxiety, or panic? Anxiety disorders are highly treatable.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to treatment. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking and behavior that are behind people’s difficulties, and ultimately change the way they feel.
