Mindfulness and Acceptance for Exercise
Want to start or increase your exercise routine? Select research study participants are eligible to receive three weeks of training that may improve their experience while exercising. All participants are asked to attend one meeting in our lab at University of Texas-Austin, try to meet their weekly exercise goals, take a brief daily survey, and complete an exit survey at the end of the three weeks.
If you are enrolled in PSY 301, you can accrue one research credit per hour of participation in this study, up to 5 credits.
