{"id":997,"date":"2025-07-10T16:04:27","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T21:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labs.la.utexas.edu\/gonzalez-lima\/?page_id=997"},"modified":"2025-07-15T14:36:49","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T19:36:49","slug":"idp-plan","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/labs.la.utexas.edu\/gonzalez-lima\/idp-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"IDP Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Individual participant data (IPD) Sharing Plan<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Plan Description<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">What data will be shared?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Individual participant data that underlie the results reported in this study, after deidentification (text, tables, figures, and appendices).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">A data dictionary, including a description of the variables and types of data, collected for each individual, will be provided.\u00a0 This data will include anonymized individual participant demographic information and all outcome variables (cognitive task data, spectroscopy data).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>IPD Sharing<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Study Protocol<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Time Frame<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Beginning 9 months and ending 36 months following article publication.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Access Criteria<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The raw data will be made available by the researchers upon reasonable request by any qualified doctoral researcher (PhD, MD). They will be granted access by contacting the corresponding author\/principal investigator (F. Gonzalez-Lima, <a href=\"mailto:utbrainproject@gmail.com\">utbrainproject@gmail.com<\/a>). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">It will be made available to qualified researchers whose proposed use of the data has been approved by an independent review committee (Institutional Review Board) identified for the purpose of individual participant data meta-analysis. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proposals may be submitted up to 36 months following article publication.
