IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARKING AND CAMPUS ACCESS

The IRC’s main campus location has two reserved parking spaces on 24th Street at the northeast corner of Speedway. Please obtain a parking permit for one of these spots from the researcher with whom you have been communicating regarding an imaging study. If you park in one of these spots without a permit, you may be ticketed or towed without warning. These parking spots are only accessible when approaching 24th Street from the east via San Jacinto Blvd. Both Speedway and 24th Street are closed to traffic during business hours. Do not try to drive to the building on 24th from Guadalupe or on Speedway from Dean Keeton.

Note: If you are not able to print out a parking permit, please notify us ahead of time and we will have someone waiting for you on campus with your pass.

DIRECTIONS (use only the green path on the map above)

Take Dean Keeton to San Jacinto, and turn south. If stopped at the guard station, present your parking permit. Take the first right at the stop sign, which is 24th Street. Continue to the next stop sign at Speedway, and turn right. The two IRC parking spaces will be the first on your right. After parking, the Norman Hackerman Building will be directly behind you at the northwest corner of 24th and Speedway. Walk west on 24th about 50 yards to the main entrance. Proceed through the lobby, and turn left into the main corridor. The elevator vestibule will be on your right. Take the elevator to the basement, and turn right out of the vestibule. The IRC main entrance will be on your left.
